Director's Statement
Inspired by Roman Polanski short film “A Murderer [1957]”, an adaptation of his short-film in our style, thus “SiLent KILLER” was born. There were a Lots of interesting incidents happened during the shoot. The climax scene-almost 3 retakes have been taken. The killer is supposed to ignite the lighter and clear the scene by moving out through the door. In 1st take, lighter did not ignite, the killer had to click it almost three-times, to get it lighted. In 2nd take, lighter did ignite, shot was moving smooth, and door he was supposed to open did not open. It got stuck. In the 3rd take, killer did light the lighter correctly and opened the door smoothly, the scene was perfect. When we viewed it, we understood that minor flaw. The victim, who got killed, was scratching his chest, with closed eyes. I personally, feel it was fun working with my crew and people in the cast. They are good.

I think the adaptation has done justice to the original. The addition of the second silent killer, the cigarette, was interesting.
