1) A fairly good idea but I think the film message would have been more powerful if the film was of a shorter time length.
2) My only strong criticism technically would be about the 'subtitles' which could have been better and smaller in size.
3) In my opinion the pencil brush sketch in the beggining could have been avoided because it almost reveals the plot of the film.
4) Cinematography in the film did look a bit amateurish in some shots by simple hand held filming techniques. The film could have been enhanced visually if there were properly framed decent composition shots frame by frame. The framing on some shots looks quite bizarre especially the crashing scenes where you can clearly see in one shot the bike has passed away from the pedestrian. But it ends up crashing in the next frame.
5) Actors did well as they had hardly any dialogues but if they had more dialogues, it would emotionally relate them to the audience.
6) Overall a decent concept and a modest attempt to give a good message out to the audience.
